I bought these speakers about a month ago and I couldn't be happier! I love the wired remote. It comes with an on/off button (mute), volume control, a headphone jack and bass volume. My parents have an older model and the bass control is on the back of the subwoofer. Kind of an inconvient place to put it. It's nice that the Z-2300 has it right in front of you.
Some people say that the subwoofer is too big, but I think it's just fine. It is a little bigger than a lot of others that I've seen, but it fits nicely under my desk out of the way. I don't see the problem. And I doubt you'll mind when you see how much bass this thing pumps out!
I highly recommend these speakers. You won't be disappointed.
