These speakers are fabulous. As can happen anytime, my first shipment had a defective subwoofer -- the Right channel was dead. I talked with a Logitech techie and he confirmed that my troubleshooting indicated that to be the problem. I emailed Amazon about this, and four days later received a new system. All I had to pull out of the new carton was the sub and shazam!! -- both speakers playing heavenly Bach. You just cannot beat that for both sound and service.
