If you are spending a hundred bucks on a pair of some underpowered stereo speakers instead of this 2.1 with a massive sub, then you are making a really big mistake. I still can't believe I got them for just a bit over hundred and ten bucks. They are soo powerful that I can't crank up the volume more than half way because my neighbours in my apartment building started complaining about ratteling photoframes on their walls. Even at full volume the sound is cryatal clear and the sub thumps firmly. It also has a wired remote with a huge volume control knob, a sub-woofer control knob and a power button with led indicator and also a 3.5mm stereo out jack to connect headphones which is really convenient. Logitech has not made any compromise on the quality and built of these speakers and the setup is so easy that you wont even need to touch the setup guide. The satellite stereo speakers are light weight with removable dust covers and the magnetic shield will not interfer with you television at all, no matter how close you keep them to it.
