Building a new stereo system I was trying to find some mid price speakers. There were some cheaper Sonys and various brands more expensive. Researching found many liked Polk speakers. In my price range, got them and thoroughly enjoy the impressive sound that comes out of them. There is a sort of bass subwoofer which sounds like there almost is a separate subwoofer. Glad I didn't get the less expensive ones.
