Replaced a 15 year old Bose with the Polk Audio Speakers including this sub-woofer. Best way to discribe the sound is smooth. I'm hearing sounds in movies I did not know were there. These are being run by An Onkyo 806. This is in a room 18 X 15. More than enough speaker.
