This is a great sounding speaker system. Originally I was looking at Bose but couldn't justify the money. Then I narrowed my search down to this set, a Polk set, and an Energy set. After talking to a manager of a high end electronics store (he is a friend and knew I wasn't buying from him) he suggested the Boston Acoustics. I love the set. I added a satelite speaker for about $50 more to get the 6.1 surround that best fits my room. I found this set for $150 more at national chains, but decided for $150 savings I could wait a week or 2 for it to arrive. I had it within 4 days. I highly recommend this system.
