I had read all the reviews for these speakers before my purchasing them. I already knew from when I was in my early twenties that AR (Acoustic Research) made great speakers but I didn't expect that these, for the price, would be that great. I was wrong. Look, they are not $500.00 Bose, but you won't be dissatisfied. I love that you can plug them into your computer and listen to your downloads in a shuffle mode enjoying uninterrupted music. I also love the little switch on the transformer to change the frequency if interference interrupts the transmission. I had them on the deck during the summer and people at my summer party had remarked how great they were. I also want to say that because of the quality,I will probably be buying another two by the end of the year to place in other rooms.
